Designed collaboratively by UNSW International Students, university partners and NSW Health's STI Programs Unit, these five modules aim to provide you with the foundations needed for a healthy sexual relationship. Sex-ed is part of the Australian curriculum, but too often international students find themselves lacking this fundamental knowledge, and we know learning about this information from friends and the internet can have its downside. That's why these modules were designed, to fill these gaps, and ensure your time in Australia is enjoyable and also safe.
These modules aim to improve the sexual and reproductive health knowledge of international students studying in NSW and reduce stigma around sex and sexual learning.
Each Module will take between 7-30mins (approx) and cover the following topics:
Module 1: Consent
Module 2: Health Relationships
Module 3: Safe Sex and Contraception
Module 4: STIs
Module 5: HIV
